PAYMENT & DELIVERY

Payment is by PAYPAL or CHEQUE ONLY

Payment by PAYPAL is required within 48 hours of auction end. If no payment is received by the 3rd day after auction end I will email a reminder, no payment after 1 week of the auction end will result in my relisting the item, and notifying ebay of non payment.

Payment by cheque - I will only accept cheques from UK banks and payment in sterling - these must be received no later than 1 week of the auction end. I will notify you when I have banked the cheque and when the funds have cleared & the item posted. Non payment will be reported and the item relisted after 1 week if no reply is made to my email.

POST & PACKAGING

Postage costs include packaging expenses incurred. I always aim to post carefully package items within 48 hours of cleared funds. I will NOT be held responsible for items lost in the post, however I will obtain a receipt for postage which I will happily post to you.

RETURNS

If you have any issues regarding the item you have purchased from me please EMAIL ME BEFORE LEAVING FEEDBACK, as I always try to resolve all reasonable complaints. However please be aware that I do NOT refund unless the item is proven to be entirely different as described. I am a conscientious Ebayer - I always take great care to describe my items accurately and fully. I always package items carefully and properly before posting. Refunds given will NOT include postage costs incurred at any stage of the auction or afterwards.
