 Description P&P and payments

Auction is for a GREEN WITH SILVER DETAIL HEEL SHOES SIZE 5.  The item comes from a pet free and smoke free home.  Shoes have been worn once but you can only tell with the underneath of the shoe where they have touched the ground.  These shoes match the bridesmaid dress I also have on here for auction.  Shoes are from the Wedding Collection and are with the original bag.  Heel is 8cm high.

I will combine postage for multiple purchases and also will allow pick-up in person in either Derby or Sheffield.  I will post goods by standard 2nd class postage but if you require recorded delivery it will be 75p extra to cover postage costs.  I always obtain proof of postage on standard posted items anyway.  I do not make money on charging higher prices for postage so please be considerate when reading my auctions and paying for goods.

I do try to list auction descriptions accurately.  Any problems I would like people to contact myself before leaving negative or neutral feedback.

I do not take responsibility for items broken or lost during transit.  I always obtain proof of postage for all items sent and buyers are welcome to pay for recorded delivery for extra security.  Any items that do go missing, please contact Customer Service of Royal Mail to fill in the relevant forms.  I package fragile items up so they should not break during postage, in the event that this happens then I am extremely sorry.
