There is an awful lot to read here, so our apologies if you start to lose the will to live half way through, but we have tried to cover all eventualities and is a result of previous customer questions.

Telephone Numbers

When you send your payment please ensure you supply a contact telephone number for us to pass onto the courier company to avoid any delivery complications.

Be aware that products will not be despatched until we have spoken to you, remember to advise us of a contact telephone number for the delivery day if it differs from the billing details.

When to expect your item

Deliveries are made to most areas on a daily basis (Monday to Friday; 8:00am – 6:00pm) someone must be available to sign for your goodies. The standard delivery is FREE of charge, although this does vary depending on your postcode. Carriage surcharges DO apply to certain areas, to avoid any confusion you MUST check the postcode exceptions list BEFORE you commit to bidding/buying, don't forget you are entering into a binding agreement with us when you click the ‘confirm bid’ button.

Postcode Exceptions

You must ADD the courier surcharge detailed below to your order if your delivery address contains the following postcode prefixes:

Add £5.00 for;

AB, DD, FK, G, KY, ML, PA1-33, PA35-36,PA40, PH1-18, PH27-29 & PH42-44

Add £10.00 for;

KW 15-17

Add £30.00 for;

BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27, KW1-14, PA34, PA37-39, PA40-78, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE & Ireland.

If you are unsure about the exact shipping rate for your chosen delivery address then please email or telephone us with your postcode. Our items are bulky and heavy, please be aware the delivery driver may need a little assistance in getting it to your property. We offer a fully insured 'next working day' delivery to 70% of mainland UK, along with a tracking service for your goods!

The Next Working Day Service

Next day delivery is not guaranteed to be available at all times. Eligibility for the 'next working day' service requires you to speak to one of our wonderful customer service operatives before 12:00pm the day before delivery to ensure your item is paid for and loaded on to the truck. By calling us you can also choose your own specific day and we will hold on to items for you if you are not quite ready for them. The Next day delivery option is unavailable if your postcode prefix appears within the £30.00 carriage surcharge list. If the courier arrives and finds nobody home, you may be charged again for reattempting the delivery.

Upgrade your delivery

Short on time? Why not have your goods arrive on one of the timed delivery options offered by our courier partners?

For just an extra £5.00 you can specify a before 12:00pm delivery

For just £10.00 more you could have your goodies with you before 10:30am

Or for £20.00 extra your items can be delivered before 9:00am

For an extra £10.00 you can even have your items on Saturday (between 8:00am & 5:00pm)

Pricing & Payment

We always ensure you pay the lowest price, this includes delivery. It is not our policy to combine postage charges on our goodies, but if you are courageously renovating your whole bathing haven, we can offer discounted rates on three or more items purchased from our range.

You can speed up the whole postage process by calling to pay by credit card over the phone and arrange your delivery at the same time. We can supply VAT invoices for your records which we automatically mail out with credit/debit card receipts (these are not sent if you pay through PayPal, but can be requested).

Returns, Damages & Guarantees

Items must be checked on receipt. Your item contains fragile components and on rare occasions they can break in transit, if you believe it to be broken (i.e. if you can hear it rattling inside the box) it is very important that you do not sign for it, the driver will return it to us and we will promptly despatch a new one to you. We must be informed of any transport damage (unsigned for) within 24hrs. We will not be held responsible for broken or missing parts after this time. All our items are guaranteed for 12 months, defective items or faulty parts will be replaced within this time.

The Nasty Bits

We will not be held responsible for any personal loss incurred during the installation of our products. Any modification to our products will invalidate the warranty. We do our very best to ensure that your items reach you on the date agreed, however we cannot be responsible for delays in delivery when events occur beyond our control, this includes localised flooding and striking delivery workers, please bear this in mind when you take annual leave from work or arrange the services of a professional fitter, which we only recommended you do after you receive your goods as we strictly will not reimburse plumbers invoices or your time. We do not guarantee that this or any of our products will be congruous with your existing fixtures and fittings, if you are purchasing more than one item from us and need assistance regarding the compatibility of those products don't hesitate to get in touch. Ancillary items and our lovely employees used in the photographs to accentuate the products are not included in the sale, but remember everything has a price!
