BGC Cachets are produced by Barry and Gerry Covers which is Gerry Leviss. The first cachet was the 1st Chanukah issue in 1996. The next issues were Bugs Bunny and Wallenberg. The covers were so popular with collectors on these 3 issues he began making FDCs for all future commemorative issues. He does most definitive issues, except some repeat designs. He also produces MPG Cachets jointly with Paul and Marilyn Nowak.
