In this excellent book, the author Prof Nathan Feinberg who was the Prof at the Hague Academy of International Law and a member of the Palestine Bar convincingly shows those who are influenced by  Arab propaganda that the Jewish Zionist movement is not only legal but that in certain official circles in the Mandatory Govt. they are trying to restore law and order in Palestine by making concessions to the aggressor at the expense of the aggressed. (If I didn't see the date of this book as 1936, I'd think that the author was talking about certain Israeli leftists & Arab politicians today!). The articles are intended to throw light on the Zionist problem from a historical point of view, judicial problems of the Mandate, and of Zionist ideology. Other articles are devoted to the analysis of the international obligations imposed by Great Britain, as the Mandatory power for Palestine.
