PayPal items must be paid for within 1 week, unless buyer emails me with specific request for extension. If payment is being sent, I will wait 2 weeks. If payment is not received within these timeframes, I will mark the item as not paid and relist. Once the item is at the post office, it is not my responsibility what happens to the package, so if you want insurance or registration let me know and I will add it to the invoice. I will combine shipping costs for multiple purchases.
