Payment

We accept payment by: 
Credit or Debit Card via Paypal - This is our preferred method and definately the fastest way to receive your item. 
'Paypal personal cheque' we will not dispatch your item until payment clears - usually five days. 
Postal Orders - goods dispatched on receipt of postal order.
Personal cheque - cheque must clear before item is dispatched.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee to cover our costs of materials and labour. 
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. All items are posted first class via Royal Mail and we always obtain proof of postage.
To help prevent any delays in receiving your item it's very important that when purchasing personalised products you specify your requirements in the paypal comments box when making your payment.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. 
It is the customers responsibility to pay for and post the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
