If you’ve bought a sewing machine or iron from us, we will need your phone number as couriers need it for delivery. Please send it via eBay messages or leave us a note once you’ve completed the payment on PayPal.
All items delivered via Royal Mail will be dispatched within 48hrs of payment being received.
Items being sent via courier will be booked within 48hrs of payment being received. Delivery is usually a next day.

Defective product must be noticed within 3 days and sent back to us within 7 days after item received. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories.
