Terms and Conditions: Postage applies to mainland UK only, surcharge to Northern Ireland and Islands. Items are not available for collection, as there is restricted access at our Storage and Dispatch Warehouse. We endevour to dispatch items within 1-2 days of payment clearing. Payment is accepted via PayPal, Credit Card, Cheque, Bankers Draft, Postal Order. International bidders to pay via Paypal only. If payment is mailed to us, please ensure that there is a copy of the ebay invoice enclosed, cheques cannot be banked and items will not be dispatched if I don't have the relevant item number. If items are received by courier, they must be signed for as unchecked, as damages cannot be claimed for otherwise. Any damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Payment is to be received within 7 days of sale. Negative feedback will be left for non-paying bidders.

Returns Policy: Faulty Items: All our products carry the relevant manufacturers guarantee. If a fault occurs, please contact us for advice on how to proceed with warranty claim (most manufacturers will deal with it directly). Please be patient and allow time for problems to be sorted out. Purchase errors: If you purchase an item and decide you no longer require it we will accept it back on the following terms. The item is returned to us within 7 days of receipt, it arrives back to us in perfect resellable condition (not to have been removed from the packaging), a refund will be issued minus a 10% administration charge and minus the postage and packing fee to cover unrecoverable charges and fees incurred. If you wish to exchange the product, ie. to a larger model, the adminstration charge may be wavered. Return postage costs will not be refunded.
