Bank transfers from UK banks are also acceptable. We currently do not accept money transfers or Westen Union transfers.

If collecting your parcel, we can accept "CASH" Payment but please bring correct amount as change is sometimes not available.

All items are dispatched Sameday if payments received before 4pm. Although we cannot Guarentee nextday delivery we do provide tracking No. if required in the unfortunate event of parcels being delivered late. We only dispatch on a Working Day (Monday-Friday) and dont dispatch on Public Holidays.

In the very unlikely event of an item going missing please allow 16 working days (royal mail policy). BASE keeps all records of shipping dates aswell as stamped receipts. We can send a replacement unit out again or you can claim a full refund. Either way please do contact us and we will do our very best to resolve the matter most urgently. Remember, we are here to help.

We use ParcelForce and Poyal mail for 95% of our deliveries. All items are packed secure for shipping. Do NOT accept opened consignments or where seals appear to be broken. If an item appears to be broken it is probably through shipping or handling - please send back the item and we will send you a replacement. If you receive a wrong item - we sinecerly appologise and will send the correct unit immediately. All items form BASE Direct are BRAND NEW unless stated -

All our products come with a minimum 1 Years warranty. Some products vary and warranties can be upto 3 years. Please ensure you fill in the warranty cards provided.

Returns

If product is faulty please refer to the manufacturers warranty it is normally the quickest and most efficient way of sorting the problem out, If the product is faulty then you can also return it back to us within 14 days of reciept as per your statutory rights.  If you decide you do not want the product you can return it back to me within 7 working days of you receiving it, providing the product is unopened and returned with its original packaging and contents that came with it, a full refund will be given less postage costs and 15% restocking fee. Please let us know prior to returning the product and we will assist you the best we can. YOU WILL NEED AN RMA NUMBER ON YOUR RETURN!

Warranty Registrations

If this product comes with a registration card then please complete it and return it. The on-site replacement service sometimes requires the original packaging so please retain it, however the replacements come packaged and if the model is the same you can swap packaging before returning the old unit with the courier.
