In the unlikely event your order is received faulty or damaged please contact us immediately. You must retain the original packaging for returning your order. 

Before calling us please make sure that the product is properly plugged in, the electricity is switched on at the socket and the plug has not come loose or fused. Also check there is no physical blockage that you can remove. You can also read the common problems in the troubleshooting section of your owner’s handbook and ensure you have fully followed the manufacturer’s instructions.

The goods must be returned in good condition and complete with all accessories. Once the goods have been returned to our warehouse, inspected and confirmed to be in good condition you will be refunded the cost of the goods less the 20% charge incurred for returning non-faulty goods without good reason.
