All my eBay sales have this message under my returns conditions.
I will only offer a refund or replacement if goods do not match their description. If I have a replacement, that will be offered before a refund. Please contact me BEFORE returning goods. Goods will only be replaced or money refunded AFTER the item has been returned to me within 14 days of the sale. Buyer must pay return postage and goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. Buy buying this item you agree to all my terms and conditions.

RETURNS POLICY IN FULL
1: I will not refund the cost of gift wrapping, delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. All refund postage must be covered by yourself.

2: My 14-day returns policy means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to me in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and I will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. I can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that I reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to me if they are found not to be faulty. All faulty returns will be tested for any fault or defect reported to me as such.

3: Please note that I am not a rental company and once faulty goods have been returned I will only refund the item if I do not have a replacement for it.

4: To ensure the safe return of your items and the correct allocation of the items to your order, please follow these guidelines:

Please contact me via eBay before you return any item.

On a piece of paper put the name of the person who ordered the items, the item number and the reason for the return.

Please use the original packaging to return the item.

If you no longer have the original packaging please make sure that the item is secure as to avoid any further damage or any damage in its return.

For your protection, I recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 20 GBP.

5: I reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to me after 14 days.

6: I will endeavour to process and dispatch your items as speedily as possible. I will not, however, be responsible for delivery delays beyond my reasonable control or items you receive late.

7:We cannot be held responsible for any information you feel we have not given if you have not contacted us and asked the question BEFORE bidding on an item.
