Items are sent as standard second class however if the combined weight is over 1000g it will be shipped first class or bulky items special delivery
Postal services can be changed on request for faster shipping, postal insurance or recorded delivery
RETURN POLICY
Items should be returned within 14 Days of Receipt and Proof of Posting should be obtained from Royal Mail in case the item becomes lost or damaged in the mail.
If you change your mind after receiving the goods then the item can be returned for a refund of the bid price only. Where the item is new and packaged then it should be returned unopened. The Buyer pays return shipping costs.
Should the item be defective then it can be returned for a full refund or replacement where applicable. In this instance I will refund shipping costs.
