RETURNS POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason you can return it to us within 7 days. However please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs.

If we send you the wrong order or the item is damaged we will arrange for the item to be collected and the correct item will be dispatched, we will cover the shipping costs in this event.

PAYMENT
The quickest way to pay is via Paypal, however if you wish to pay via cheque please contact us via email or telephone and we will advise you further.

SHIPPING

This item will be delivered Monday-Friday between 8.30am-5.30pm only. Saturday delivery can be arranged at Plus £29.95.

If you require more than one carpet the first carpet is full shipping price and each additional carpet will be £10.00 delivery.

It is not possible for us to give an exact time of delivery and neither will the delivery driver contact you before hand, However we require a contact number which will only be used incase the courier has a problem locating your address.

Please inspect your delivery carefully for any damage before you sign for it, this will ensure claims against the shipper go smoothly and a replacement order is dispatched in the quickest possible time.

We make no profit on shipper costs.

Delivery is to Mainland England and Wales, For Scotland and Ireland please contact us for shipping costs.
