ABOUT THE PLANT YOU ARE BUYING      

         STUNNING            

  HARDY TROPICAL PALM TREE SEEDLING 

BUTIA CAPITATA

The Photo shows a Juvenile Palm approx 10 years Old.

You are buying for a young Seedling.

Known as the WOOLY JELLY PALM

You are buying a young Seedling of this, Rarely offered Stunning, Palm. 

When mature it has arching bright Blue/green feathery leaves.

It is one of the hardiest of all Palms and one of the most suitable to UK climate.

The Seedling is in a 8cm deep palm pot. It has 2- 4 leaves and is approx 10cm [4"] to 15cm [6"] tall at present.

It will be removed from the pot for shipping, and carefully packed. 

GENERAL INFORMATION & CULTIVATION NOTES

Hardiness: -10°C or colder

One of the hardiest feather palms, native to Brazil and Uruguay with rigid, pointed even-spaced leaflets, grey-blue to green. Relatively slow growing, reaching a maximum of 5m over many years. Has a graceful arching habit. Hardy to minus 10°C or more and without doubt one of the most beautiful of all palms.

This is a must have Palm for any Garden, or Patio.
