U.S. Customers: Shipping might be slightly higher for Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping time to the U.S. from Canada is about 10 business days but can take longer because of Customs delays.
International Orders: Shipping price is for Surface Mail. Airmail is available but at significantly higher prices, but of course it will arrive sooner. I automatically charge the lesser amount for shipping but if you would prefer it to be shipped Airmail I can certainly give you a quote. Surface time is about 6 weeks to England and Europe, and 6 to 10 weeks for Japan and Australia.
