Any item paid after 10am Monday - Friday will be send off next working day for next working day delivery

Cue Care

Cue Care:

- Avoid exposing your cue to extreme temperatures. 
- Never leave in direct sunlight, close to a fire or against a radiator .
- Keep away from damp atmosphere.
- Always store it upright in cue rack, hang it vertically or lie flat in case.
- Never leave it leaning at an angle against a wall.
- DonÂ’t tap or drop your cue on the butt end
- DonÂ’t lean on your cue
- DonÂ’t over-tighten the screw joint
- Use of damp cloth will prevent build up of film & keep cue in prime  condition.  
- Clean only with damp cloth and then dry immediately.
- Dismantle 2 piece cues when not in use and store in cue case.

Checking Cue for Straightness 

- Never roll on table (as a cue is not a straight pipe)
- The best way and only way to do this is to look down the length of the cue, rather like sighting a rifle and turn cue slowly. You will then be able to see any deviations.

TIPS 

New Tips require breaking in and you may find it helpful to rough up the end with a little sandpaper and even shape it to your own individual requirement. e.g. from 9.5 mm to 9mm or 8.5mm

Any returns must be in its original packaging and not used, once protective film is removed we can not take items back. After 7 Days we will not accept any returns.
