Please just return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt, unused and in it's original packaging for a refund. Please email sales@lifestylegames.co.uk first with the item number so we are aware it is being returned. 

We would ask for the item to be returned by recorded delivery or if it is under £30 in value please get proof of posting. We will not refund returned items lost in the post that have no proof of posting. Please note, we do not refund P&P costs.

For damaged or faulty goods we will either send a replacement product or a full refund will be given to you. We may require you to return the faulty product first. We would however refund your postage costs for returned goods if they are faulty. All goods are inspected by us for quality/damage before despatch.
