I list my items as honestly as possible and any marks or wear are mentioned in the description. If I list a book as in `unread` condition, then that is what you can expect. If a book is listed as read but clean, again you expect it not to be mint but as described.

POSTAGE

The postage costs include packaging costs and I keep them as reasonable as possible. The majority of my items are delivered in industry standard plastic mailing bags, this is because it saves you money on bulky postage, and they are well protected.

I always post within 24 hours (weekends and bank holidays allowing) so you can expect your purchase quickly. I pride myself on constantly having good feedback for a fast delivery. I always keep the proof of postage but cannot be held personally liable if on the rare occasion items get mis-delivered or lost. If you wish your item sent via recorded delivery let me know.

RETURNS POLICY

I am happy to accept returns on items that I have listed incorrectly within 7 days of postage. I will refund your purchase price but NOT your cost of returning it.
