All on-line payments are to be made in accordance with my invoice which will be issued after close of the auction. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs which will be clearly stated on the invoice when I know the location of the winning bidder, shipping costs will include packaging materials etc..
If insurance is appropriate, offered and declined, the buyer has no call on me in respect of items lost or damaged in transit. If insurance is taken, and in the most unlikely event that damage or loss occurs, I will assist the buyer to process a claim, however if for any reason the claim is rejected by the postal authorities, I cannot be held responsible, nor do I self-insure items being sent out.
If any claim is made for a lost item, I expect the buyer to abide by the timescale of the Postal Authority and not to request a refund whilst the matter is unresolved.
All payments must be received within 7 days of the end of auction, or 10 days only for overseas buyers sending payment by post.
