All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Proof of the date of receipt may be required. All items shall be refunded in full including the buyers original postage costs charged by the seller at the point of sale. Any costs for postage incurred by the buyer to return the goods will not be refunded though exceptions may be made at the discretion of the seller. Any items lost in transit within the return process will be the responsibility of the buyer and under these circumstances the item will not be refunded. No returns policy is offered to items purchased outside the UK and are shipped at buyers own risk.
