Every care is taken to ensure you are happy with your purchase and that it reaches you in perfect condition. Every item is sent to you in a protective wrapping AND a bubble/padded envelope (that includes single badges!)

I try to post orders on a daily basis, including Saturday. While this is by no means guaranteed, your item will be dispatched within 2 working days of payment.

If your item has not arrived has not arrived within 15 days please LET ME KNOW.
The Post Office do not consider an item ‘lost’ until 15 days from dispatch date!

A refund (minus postage) or replacement will be offered for items lost in the post.

I know how disappointing it is to receive something that is not as expected and I will accept returns on any item unless sold as seconds or clearance items.
I will, of course, accept returns for faulty goods.Please contact me BEFORE sending anything back; I may be able to save you the cost of return postage. 
Refunds (less postage unless faulty) will be issued on safe return of item provided it is in the same condition it left my workshop. Items must be unworn, unused, as new and in a re-sellable condition(smelling of smoke or covered in pet hairs does not constitute 'as new' I'm afraid!)
