They are a Gotham City Ferry & Rail timetables that are used in a key scene vital to the plot of the new movie.

Also you have a call sheet from a days filming over at Cardington, the call sheet is titled RFK. This stands for Rory's First Kiss, this was the codename given to The Dark Knight to avoid publicity and kirb spiraling costs of such a large production.
