POSTAGE

POSTAL COSTS ARE FOR UK MAINLAND EXCLUDING N.I., EIRE, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS, & OFFSHORE ISLANDS. PLEASE EMAIL ME FOR RATES FOR EXCLUDED AREAS.

INTERNATIONAL EBAYERS PLEASE EMAIL ME FOR POSTAL COSTS PRIOR TO BIDDING (unless relevant shipping rates are stated in listings).

This item will be sent out by trackable delivery and requires a signature. Please ensure you are available to receive the delivery. For deliveries by our courier, a card will be left if you are not in to receive the attempted delivery. You must contact the courier within 24 hours to re-arrange a delivery date. Failure to do so will result in the package being returned to me and there will be an additional shipping surcharge to resend the item.

PAYMENTS 
  
Please note that winning bidders must send payment within 3 days and rights are reserved to re-list the item if payments are not received within this timescale.

If paying via Paypal, we reserve the right to supply to verified customers only and deliver to the confirmed addresses. We reserve the right to withold sales from Buyers with low or negative feedbkack at our discretion. In such cases we may request that you pay via a secure method - i.e. Postal/ Money order or Bank transfer (in Pound Sterling). Please note that for higher value items we may request Buyers to pay via a secure method.

Cheques require 5-9 days to clear depending on your bank's policy. Postal orders are classed as cleared funds.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item due to any reason, you must contact me within 24hours of receiving the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the postal costs of returning the item.

For unwanted items, you may send the item back at your own cost and we will refund you less our handling charges and our sending out carriage costs (Standard handling charge is 20%). The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item has been used and/or removed from packaging and/or is not suitable for re-sale. For items of furniture etc that have been assembled or partly assembled, we are unable to accept returns.

For all other returns the refund will be for the value of the item and excluding postage costs.

DAMAGES/FAULTS

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

IMPORTANT: Please check packaging and if damaged, please record on the couriers delivery docket "PACKAGE DAMAGED". This will allow claims to be processed via the courier. Any items damaged in transit must be reported to me within 24hours. Please note that any claims will be resolved in conjunction with our courier.

GENERAL ITEMS

If there are any issues with the item supplied, you must notify me within 24hours with details of the issue. We will arrange for replacement of part or whole, or direct you to a warranty/guarantee claim at our discretion. Please note that items returned by you are at your own cost.

ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS - WARRANTY

All our items are NEW and come with a manufacturers warranty. In the event that an item is damaged/faulty you must contact me within 24hours of receiving the delivery. We will then advise you on the course of action to be taken, i.e. either (1) Buyer to return the item at their cost and we will replace the item at our cost; or (2) Buyer to contact the manufacturer and resolve via the product guarantee process. We will determine at our discretion the most appropriate course of action.

FURNITURE

Please note that items which have been assembled and/or part assembled cannot be refunded. Please also review item description and ensure that you are aware of the product's  finishing

Please note that any damaged or faulty items may be repaired, partly replaced, fully replaced or refunded in line with our returns policy and to our discretion. Postal costs for returns will be at your own cost.

Distressed/ Rustic/ Manufactured Furniture

Please note that furniture, rattan/seagrass items, and bathroom storage units may have varying degrees of distressing from the manufacturing process. This is normal for hand-made and/or for limited manufactured items, and this imperefection is intended to give each piece a totally individual finish. "Distressing" or intentional imperfections from the manufacturing process may include wood splits,wood filling, knots, purpose distress/scratch marks, antiquing, colour variations, design variations etc etc. The intention is to give the item the lived in look.

Please ensure that you understand the above so as to avoid any disputes after purchase. If you are not sure of the above conditions then please do not bid.

ITEM DESCRIPTIONS

We make every effort to describe items as accurately as possible. However, please note that for certain products there are unforseen colour/shade/design variations which may differ from the image and description within the listing. If you require calirification on specific aspectsof an item, please send me a message with details required prior to bidding. Please also note that all dimensions are approximate. 

OUT OF STOCKS

All items listed are physically stocked in our warehouse. In the event that we are temporarily out of stock, we will advise you of a revised delivery date.

ERRONEOUS / CANCELLED BIDS

For cancellation of winning bids, you will be required to reimburse me for the listing fees and any other ebay/paypal fees incurred by me.
