We have real stock, we do not use drop shippers, so we can despatch instantly; you get your goods faster.
We will always try to give P&P discount for multiple items so mail us first for a quote.
We do NOT send low value items outside the UK any more and we send overseas items via International Signed For; because ordinary Airmail has a regular habit of going missing. Note Royal Mail International Signed For is never less than £5 and we charge more if the value is above £36 (ordinary mail limit for refunds) so your item is fully insured.
When paid we pack and stamp the same day. At the latest your item is in the post at our local sorting office the next working day morning because the on-line stamp is not valid after that. You should get your goods within 3 working days. If you have not received anything within 7 days of paying get in touch via email or ebay message; do NOT be angry, we do not run the Royal Mail (some customers seem to think we do).
You can return any item, unopened, unused and described as new (even auction items but not used or transport damaged boxes) within 14 days for a refund of the item price, however we cannot refund the postage costs and you will have to pay the postage for the return; please include a printout from ebay or PayPal with your item and mail us to let us know you are doing a return. The law says 7 days and it is eBay policy to do returns up to 14 days to allow for posting, etc. but we will listen to any reasonable request after this time, so be nice!
If your item is broken, damaged or faulty in any way then mail us via email or through ebay message. We used to do replacements by sending out a new item with return, stamped packaging but due to an unhappy experience, we will probably send you a SAE and replace your item as soon as the damaged one is received. However, we may get you to just bin the item and we will send you another straight away, so contact us first, do not send items back until we have contacted you.
