BATCH GORGEOUS ANTIQUE FRENCH SATIN & SILK MORCEAUX

This is a gorgeous batch of small morceaux of 19th century French silk & satins. They were found in the bottom of the trunks of old costume I am listing that came from an old property in Paris. All of the costume in the trunks dates from the late 1800s and I assume that this batch of textiles were all for dressmaking. They are delicious decadent colours and all in superb condition making them perfect for  antique textile projects.

The batch is as follows starting from the top in the picture above:

1 x panel rose pink cotton silk . Triangle shape. 49" across (124.5cms) bottom of triangle and 32" high. (81.5cms)

1 x panel rich cerise satin.28" x 18" (71cms x 46cms)

1 x panel Ivory white pure silk as light as a whisper...just divine!! 6 feet x 19".(183cms x 48.5cms)

1 x panel pale pink satin cotton. 24" x 9" (61cms x 23cms)

1 x panel saffron yellow pure silk ( delicious!) 40" x 24" ( 102cms x 61cms)

1 x panel oyster silk . Padded with feathers as if to be made into a nightdress or handkerchief case. 16" x 15" ( 41cms x 38cms)

1 x panel rose pink pure silk. Stitched into a cushion cover shape so double the size I am listing ( front & back) 18" x 19" (46cms x 48.5cms)

2 x panel rose pink satin. This is wonderful and feels like ribbon.46" by 9" and 18" x 8" (117cms x 22.5cms and 46cms x 20cms)

2 more as above rose pink satin. 34" x 19" (86.5cms x 48.5cms ) and 38" x 31" (96.5cms x 79cms)

1 x panel deep cerise satin feels like a sash ribbon. 24" x 18" (61cms x 46cms)

1x panel pale bronzy gold satin.Approx 27" x 12" (69cms x 30.5cms)

A wonderful batch of rich decedent old fabrics for re-use.
