Delivery Information 

Please note we can only deliver orders to a different address other than the address the card is registered to if it is a work address*, therefore you must supply us with a company name. Please Note: We can only send orders from overseas to the billing address. 

*On orders over £200, delivery can only be made to the address assigned to the credit/debit card used for payment, this only applies to your first purchase with us, subsequent orders can then be delivered to a work address. Restocking Fee 

If you are returning a bike we will charge you for the collection of the bike. This is £20 and will be arranged by a member of our staff. This deduction will be made off the total amount being refunded to you. If you have any queries regarding refund procedures then please call us on 01572 737872.

We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell using manufacturer's websites, catalogues, and often our own descriptions of the products.
