Payment

We accept payment by, Paypal, credit and debit cards, and all “buy it now” and “auction” prices include V.A.T. All payments are requested within 24 hours of order.

Delivery & Times

Typical deliveries will be made to UK mainland only, usually within 28 working days (excludes weekends & bank holidays) - Subject to payment being received and cleared.
Contact will be made prior to delivery, confirming delivery date. We regret deliveries can only be made to one address for each purchase made.

Delivery charge for all orders is charged at £50 per delivery, meaning you can buy as many items as you like in one go, and you'll only get charged a flat rate of £50!

New stock:
Comprising of end of line and surplus stock lines sold in perfect condition.

Reconditioned stock:
Comprising of end of line and surplus stock with imperfections such as scratches, small dents, corner damage, chips etc. Every attempt is made to repair and make good as close as possible to original condition, however these goods are sold as imperfect and are priced as such.

Returns

New stock
Stock can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, free of charge if damaged in transit or on delivery (Via Barker & Stonehouse delivery dept). Any other circumstance it will be the customers obligation to return stock to Barker & Stonehouse in sold condition.

Reconditioned stock
Stock can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, free of charge if damaged in transit or on delivery (Via Barker & Stonehouse delivery dept). Any other circumstance it will be the customers obligation to return stock to Barker & Stonehouse in sold condition.
