• All items are sent as soon as payment has been cleared or received
• All POD (proof of delivery) details are retained.
• All UK items are sent 2nd Class, UK combined consignments are sent special 48 hour delivery (as described above) and International parcels are sent via Airmail- the buyer may opt for other delivery options but this needs to be settled before any payment is made.
• In the event that the parcel is returned to me undelivered then postage will need to be repaid by the buyer before I can resend the parcel.
• If you do not receive your parcel within 10-15 working days of cleared payment then please contact me.
• We highly recommend you choose the recorded signed for service to ensure (in case of loss or damage) the parcel can be tracked.
• Once an item has been posted we cannot be held liable for any late deliveries, and in the unlikely event of loss, damage or delay of a parcel if it has not been sent via recorded delivery we will not be able to trace it down and therefore will not be able to honour any claims.
