Des Taylor will be no stranger to viewers of Clean River Productions. In this film, Des turns his first love to Barbel Fishing on the river.

A native of Worcestershire it only seemed fitting that he should choose as the location the beautiful River Teme, which winds its way out of Wales to meet the mighty River Severn just outside of Worcestershire.

Since their introduction to the River Severn the barbel has travelled downstream and into the Teme in their thousands and each year they get bigger.

In this film Des looks particularly at baits, methods and swims, highlighting likely looking spots. He shows us how to feed the swim and finally he gets amongst them.
