Postage & Packaging

All orders received before 4pm Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 4pm Monday –Friday, on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

The delivery charge is for a single item. We do offer combined shipping discounts on all of our products. We will combine your purchases for you if they are made at the same or within a short period of time in an effort to save you money on postage costs. Please view the postage section underneath the auction for further details and prices.

UK Delivery

Items are sent with Royal Mails First Class service. Normally delivery is made next working day, including Saturdays.

Worldwide Delivery

Items are sent with Royal Mails Airmail service. Normally delivery to Europe is made within three working days and worldwide delivery within five working days.

Our Returns Policy

Please contact us at info@thebinarybox.co.uk for further details, a returns form must be issued by us and is required before returning your item.

Returning an item for refund

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it in its original condition within 7 days from the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item including original delivery costs but excluding return delivery costs which will still be payable by the customer. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return.

Returning a faulty or incorrect item for exchange

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective we will exchange the item within 5 days. You must return the item within 7 days from the date you received the item. We will refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the item to us. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you. Depending on the item you may not be required to return it to us for exchange or replacement.
