PERSONAL CHEQUES ARE ACCEPTED BUT GOODS WILL BE DISPATCHED AFTER CLEARANCE. POSTAL ORDERS ARE WELCOME MADE OUT TO 'CRAIGS MUSIC LTD' WE DO NOT ACCEPT 'AMERICAN EXPRESS'.
Shipping We are happy to ship to UK and International addresses. Shipping usually involves standard homeland delivery services. With International and Eire addresses,we will charge shipping at cost and will notify customers of exact fees before sending. We will confirm costs by E mail and await an E Mail reply to confirm acceptance of totals. Our preferred courier is Interlink. Consignments can be insured and expedited freight is also available. All services and insurance schemes are negotiable between us and our customer.
Delivery If payment is made using PayPal, we will endeavour to dispatch within 48 hours. Usually this involves standard homeland postal services. We ship everyday except Saturday and Sunday and public Holidays. If any unforseen problems arise we will contact customer should a delay in postage be inevitable.
Refunds & Returns We offer a 7 working day return policy.
You can inform us of your wish to return the item purchased for any reason, within 7 working days after the date on which you receive the item.
You must return via a signed for postal service.
