What is F.A.S.T?
F.A.S.T stands for Fortified Amino Scalp Therapy. F.A.S.T is a special blend of actives which together with unique extraction and manufacturing methods, allows for optimum penetration of essential vitamins and amino acids for super fast growth. F.A.S.T is sold as a shampoo and conditioner set that work in harmony to accelerate your hair growth by up to 45% faster. How to use F.A.S.T
F.A.S.T is a two product system consisting of a deep cleansing stimulating shampoo and an amino acid rich conditioner. The system is fast and easy to use. Simply wash your hair everyday with F.A.S.T shampoo rinse well and REPEAT. Apply the conditioner and work throughout the hair and into the roots. Allow the conditioner to remain on the hair for 1 minute. Rinse well. If your hair requires more extensive conditioning leave on the hair 3-5 minutes then rinse well. F.A.S.T will work best if used once daily and it is recommended you use both the shampoo and conditioner to achieve maximum growth. There is no need to use F.A.S.T more than once a day. F.A.S.T. works similar to a multi-vitamin, in that the scalp and hair get an extra boost once a day, and that's all they need.

F.A.S.T is not the only way you can maximise hair growth, In fact, diet and maintenance is also important. In order to achieve healthy and the maximum growth, we recommend the following:

• Daily consumption of vitamins and minerals
• Regular MASSAGE of scalp
• Regular exercise (stimulates a natural increase of healthy blood flow to the scalp)
• Regular cleansing/ maintenance of scalp and hair

Is it Ok to use F.A.S.T daily?
Unlike other shampoos, FAST will actually benefit your hair therefore it is fine to use every day. Ideally use FAST daily to achieve the desired result. So, be prepared to say goodbye to your old shampoos!
