Please take time to read about our charity, BFW recycles mobility equipment e.g. wheelchairs, mobility scooters, power chairs, and rise & recline chairs and many other mobility items. Young people with disabilities train at our workshop along side qualified technicians repairing, refurbishing and servicing mobility equipment. Trainees gain a host of life skills   including, self worth and the feel good factor helping them to build a Brighter Future.

We refurbish  all mobility equipment using highly qualified technicians and the latest diagnostic methods to bring the mobility equipment back to a level that is safe and serviceable.

BFW is run by people who have disabilities to provide refurbished mobility mobility at reasonable cost.

All money received from the sale of equipment will be put back into the running costs of this worthwhile charity.

The Brighter Future Workshop is based at 20 Greenhey Place, Skelmersdale, Lancashire, WN8 9SA. (Junction 4 off M58).  We have a large selection  of re-furbished mobility equipment on view e.g scooters, wheelchairs, powerchairs and rise and recline chairs. We are open 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Payment policy

We accept  payments  through  Paypal, Personal Cheques, Debit or Credit Cards.

Delivery information

The P&P charge on our listings are honest as we do not look to make money on postal or delivery charges. Please remember that P&P covers the cost of packing materials and not just the price of a stamp. We try to re-use packaging as often as possible, as this is not only better for the environment but helps to keep the P&P to a minimum.

Return policy

As we are a charity, we do not offer a returns policy. However, all our listings are accurate and we will only sell genuine items in full working order.
