The Crystal Heat instant hot body wrap is a great solution of those who suffer from muscular pain, sprains, strains, overexertion and muscular fatigue. Lightweight and comfortable, the Crystal Heat pad allows you to have complete mobility without the need for electricity or batteries. Crystal Heat can also be frozen to produce a cold pack.

To use:

To activate press the grey metal disk located in the pack. Knead the Crystal Heat pad to soften and the Crystal Heat pad will heat up immediately.

Insert the Crystal Heat pad into the belt before using it. If the pad is too hot when put against the skin, stop using it immediately and allow it some time to cool.

As the Crystal Heat pad cools down press the grey disk to reheat it again. Repeat every half an or as needed for a few hours.

When the Crystal Head pad becomes solid it needs to be reactivated, this can be done by taking it out from the belt and fully submerging it into a pan of tap water and slowly bring this heat to the boil at medium heat. Remove the heat pad from the water after 7-10 minutes or until the crystals are completely liquefied.

Allow the Crystal Heat pad up to 15 minutes to cool down then dry it off with a towel and place it back into the belt. Now the pad is ready to activate again.
