RETURNS POLICY – As is customary for Auction Sales items are sold "as is". If items are not as described, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt detailing the reasons.
Items that are returned, at the cost of the buyer, in the same condition that they were sent excluding the postage, packaging and Paypal fees.
I will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit but will provide a copy of "Proof of Posting" to support claims for compensation up to a maximum of £34 in value.
For more valuable items it is strongly recommended that you request "Insurance" which provides standard compensation for loss or damage up to £500.
Unless otherwise stated, my items are vintage, used and/or not new. I describe the items to the best of my ability, but I am not an expert in any one field, so please don't hesitate to ask questions. I take pride in my good packaging, but cannot be held responsible for the postal service for loss or damage if you have not insured your item.
My items are sold as-is but if there is a problem I will difinitely work with you to resolve it, it is up to you to satisfy yourself of the condition of the item that you are bidding for.
Please do not bid if you think the postage quoted is unreasonable. I only charge cost + a reasonable amount for packing. I refund excess postage.
I do combine shipping. If you are bidding on more items DO NOT COMPLETE CHECKOUT and DO NOT PAY your invoice until your final revised combined one is sent. Completing checkout or paying prevents me from combining your purchases.
