BACHMANN 'BIG HAULER' G-SCALE COMPLETE RADIO CONTROLLED TRAIN SET

BOUGHT IN 1993 AND NEVER USED

This auction is for a fantastic complete 'ready-to-run' 55-piece Bachmann Big Hauler G-scale train set as shown in the photographs.

This set was purchased by the owner for a 3-year old little boy and I am told it was never used. The child was too young (recommended for age 8 onwards) and the set remained in the loft. Having had a close look at the set, I have no reason to doubt this. It looks unused.

Bachmann item number is 90-0100. The following features are noted on the box :

• 10 wheeler loco and tender with receiver
• 3 cars
• 22 feet of running track
• radio transmitter
• coaling tower
• 12 telephone poles
• 12 railroad signs
• 2 crossing gates
• 2 railroad crossing signals
• Variable speed
• Forward and reverse
• Authentic steam locomotive sound
• Operating headlight

The set needs a 9V battery plus EITHER 6 'D' type batteries OR a 7.2V rechargeable battery pack (not included).

Fantastic comic-style user manual included (back page missing I think). The box is complete but damaged in places.
