If anything goes wrong with your purchase within the 1st year, we will be here as always to replace your item under our 'No Hassle' replacement Policy.

Is the risk worth the few Pounds you will save? No is the answer, especially if they don't replace it and you end up having to buy the replacement yourself.

So many sellers on Ebay sell ‘So Called’ New & Boxed or ‘Factory Surplus’ hair care products at very very cheap prices, sometimes lower than our cost price, this is because they are selling quite simply used ex-catalogue or Argos returns that have been used once, returned and re-bagged by a warehouse, and sold again. WE DO NOT DEAL WITH OLD/USED/GRADED STOCK, Only BRAND NEW & MANUFACTURER SEALED PRODUCTS WITH FULL WARRANTIES. 

What to look out for when buying hair care products on Ebay:

1. Is it Brand New & Sealed? Hair-Angels buy directly from the manufacturers, so only ever new products
2. Has it got a Full Warranty? Hair-Angels offers a 12 month warranty with every product as standard, even if the manufacturer offers less!
3. Has the seller been selling long? Hair-Angels has been on ebay for 6 years now, so you know that if something goes wrong with your product, we will still be here next year to replace it.
4. Can you offer advice on how to use the product? The answer is yes, we have fully trained hairdressers readily available to offer advice 5 days a week.
5. Can I get replacement or extra parts from you if needed? Of course, we can get hold of spares, or refills if anything is ever needed….Just ask.
6. Do you keep the products in stock? Yes, everything we sell is in stock, otherwise we remove it from ebay.
7. Is it sent insured? Every product that leaves our warehouse is sent either special delivery or recorded delivery, so a signature will be required on arrival to your home or work address.

Payments:

We accept payment by: Paypal, Postal Orders or credit cards.
Buyers must pay for goods within 10 working days, unless a prior agreement has been made with Hair-Angels customer services.

In cases where winning bidders fail to pay for their items without prior arrangement, we will initiate eBay's "Non-Paying Bidder" process and a Strike against your name will be left. (ebayers get 3 strikes, then banned from ebay for good)

All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT, so the price you see, is the price you pay. (Plus any postage costs that are clearly displayed on each advert listing)

Shipping:

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible, generally, if payment is made by Paypal or by Postal Orders, you will shortly receive an email from us confirming that we have dispatched your order, this is generally within 24 hours of receiving cleared funds (excluding weekends), but please allow up to 5 days for dispatch.

Faulty Items:

All items are Brand New and sealed with full warranty, if a fault/problem occurs within the warranty period, please contact us for a problem code via telephone before returning the item to us.
