Upon delivery the buyer shall inspect all goods and shall notify Health and Beauty Wear Limited within 7 working days by written email to sales@healthandbeautywear.co.uk if the goods are found to be damaged or defective.  If the buyer fails to do so the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.  

Where a claim for damage or defect is made the goods will be returned by the buyer to the Health and Beauty Wear Limited within a reasonable time. If the goods are damaged or defect the buyer will be entitled to a full refund.

Goods must be returned to Health and Beauty Wear Limited in a reasonable time, by Recorded Delivery and adequately insured for the return journey at the buyers expense.

The Buyer has a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the items. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 30 days of cancellation. If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Seller shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer. 

Goods to be returned must clearly show the invoice/order number obtained from the Seller on the package. 

Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage. 

Refunds cannot be offered if goods are not in a 'fit for resale' condition, have been used in any way, packaging damaged or the buyer has simply changed their mind.
