I consider all orders important and I value your custom whether you spend £1.00 or £100. I aim to provide a hassle free online buying experience and will always give friendly, helpful replies to enquiries, product information and after sales help.

I follow or beat the manufacturers R.R.P and try to keep postage and packaging charges as low as possible. I have a 7 day returns* policy, so you can return your purchase or change it if you find it not suitable.

I aim to treat all buyers fairly and honestly and I am always happy to resolve any problems that you may have with your purchase. I do ask that if you have any problems you e-mail me first before leaving any negative feedback so that I may resolve the problem.

PAYMENT

I accept PAYPAL or personal cheque payments ONLY. Please note if paying by cheque the item(s) will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared. All items/bids must be paid for within seven days after the auction has ended.  If there should be a delay in payment, please e-mail me.  In cases of non payment, you will receive two reminders for payment, after this I will have no option but to leave NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.

POST AND PACKING

All orders received and paid for by 1pm Monday to Friday, will be posted the same day.

§          If there will be a delay, in posting your order I will e-mail you.

§          Proof of posting is always obtained.

RETURNS POLICY*

I appreciate that it is not always easy judging a product online therefore I operate a 7 day returns* policy. If for any reason, when you receive your item, you find it not suitable/ wrong size/ etc. Please e-mail me and Post it back within 7 days of receiving the item(s) for an exchange or refund.

In the case of an error in a listing or faulty product, I will send a replacement item or provide a full refund once I have received back the item(s). Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receiving.

*CONDITIONS OF RETURN POLICY

§          Goods must be as returned, in the original packaging.

§          You must pay any postal charges to return the item(s) back to me.

§          You must pay any postal charges/ upgrade fees on goods to be re-sent to you.

§          There are certain products that will be exempt from this offer due to packaging and will be shown in the individual listings.
