My girlfriend is a freelance wardrobe and costume manager and works for small and big company’s in film/theatre and is auctioning some of the cloths to help a friend raise money for charity.

ITEM DESCRIPTION:

 Baby Gap Short Sleeved Shirt. – Ex Film/Theatre Wardrobe – NEVER BEEN USED.

My girlfriend best friend (Rachel) is raising money for charity so instead of giving the cloths away to the local charity shop which my girlfriend tends to do when she gets the time, she has giving the job to me to auction them (some, like I have nothing better to do) to help her friend out. I also will auction some of our personal cloths and pass the money on but this will be stated in the description

Most cloths from my girlfriends line of work are new or near new as once a film or scene is completed the cloths are no longer needed and in most cases cloths have never been worn but tags are always removed for some reason. Some cloths are new but made to look worn as they do in the film industry but I won’t list any that I think not wearable. My girlfriend has two sections in her home office, New and Used so that how I will be listing them.

There are so much cloths just sitting in the garage (Girlfriends Office/Storage room) on two very long work benches/tables that I will not have time to sort through them all, photograph, and list them as it’s time consuming.

Please forgive me but most cloths will appear creased in the photos as there is no way in hell I’m going to be pressing/ironing  them.

I will describe all items to the best of my ability but PLEASE remember this is not my line of work and only doing this as a favour and to stay in my girlfriends good books also to secure hot meals at dinner time.

1.1       Item(s) will be shipped within 3 working days (95% 1 Working day) of cleared payment excluding public holidays and weekends. In some rear cases item will be shipped within 5 working days but you will be informed by email. If I have the time item(s) will get shipped on a Saturday.

1.2       COLLECTION IS NOT AN OPTION, so please DO NOT waste your time asking.

1.3       Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please don’t email me about discount on shipping as there are none, but it never hurts to ask if you have won a few items.

1.4       Items(s) shipped on a FREE SHIPPING (UK ONLY), Royal Mail Standard Post (UK Only) (Sellers Standard) or Airmail Small Packet (Sellers Standard) will be sent by normal 1^{st /} 2^nd class stamp and is not covered if lost or undelivered unless stated (top of the page below the title). Choose this option at your own RISK or pay for insurance or Recorded/Special Delivery/International Signed-for when available.

1.5       Items(s) shipped on a FREE SHIPPING, Royal Mail Standard Post or Airmail Small Packet could be left on your doorstep and in some rear occasion returned to the returned address if you are not there to receive it. If an item is returned you will have to pay the FULL SHIPPING COST again before the item is re-shipped. TO AVOID THIS HAPPENING, select Recorded/Special Delivery/International Signed-for as you will be issued with a tracking reference number and be able to collect the item for you local post office/depot.

1.6       Item(s) are shipped by Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery as standard ONLY when stated in the description (top of the page below the title) otherwise will be shipped by 1^st/2^nd class stamp, UK Addresses ONLY.

1.7       Royal Mail Recorded Delivery will only cover up to £35 if you’re item(s) is lost or damaged. If item(s) sells for over £35, I recommend the winning bidder to pay for Special Delivery as you will be fully covered, UK ONLY.

1.8       Insurance when available is recommended as seller won’t be responsible for items lost during the shipping.

1.9       Seller won’t be responsible for items shipped to a NON CONFIRMED address but will try our best to resolve any problem.

1.10     Winning item are shipped and packaged to a high standard.

1.11     Post & Packaging costs INCLUDES Postage/Delivery (Courier, Personally delivered or Taxi) + Packaging + Handling + Administration + Parking Meter when in Post Office and most important, MY TIME.

PAYMENT:

2.1       ALL WINNING BIDDERS must submit payment within 5 days of auction close. Email me if you have any problems as they can happen.

2.2       If payment is not received, the item will be re-listed and a NON-PAYING BIDDER alert will be filed.

2.3       If paying by postal Order, item(s) will not be shipped until full payment is received. Please check the Postal Order is for the correct amount. A fee will be charged if you choose for the Postal order to be returned for any reason to cover postage. This is normally £3.99 + post office charges deducted from the Postal Order and a new postal order will be posted to you for the remaining amount.

2.4       Because of time wasters, PayPal & Postal Order ONLY, unless other options are available.

2.5       Email me first if you want to pay by Cheque or e-Cheque. Cheques must be cleared for the full amount before delivery is made, that’s if cheque payment request is granted.
