Please be aware that I do try to keep postage costs to a minimum but they have to also include packaging materials which I have to buy

All items are carefully packed and where necessary bubble wrap and boxes are used when appropriate.

I will now only give refunds on items that I have sold if there is a marked variation between my description and the actual item. Please check size carefully as I do not refund if they are the wrong size or you have simply changed your mind.

I always obtain proof of postage when dispatching an item, which automatically gives insurance of up to £39. If you wish to have either recorded delivery or additional insurance, then please let me know at the end of the auction, and it can be included in the final invoice.

As I always get a 'proof of postage', I can no longer be held responsible if the item subsequently goes missing in the Royal Mail system, but I will give as much help as I possibly can in any insurance claim.

Genuine positive feedback will be left, but not until I am sure you are satisfied with both the service and the item you have received
