The aim of our Returns & Refunds policy is to give you complete peace of mind and confidence in buying anything from us. The conditions are outlined below. We can only offer our Returns & Refunds service if they are adhered to. * The buyer notifies us within 48hrs upon receipt of goods that they wish to return an item. * The buyer covers the cost of the return postage & packaging. * The goods/Item are returned to us within 7 days of your notice to return. * A suitable shipping method is used to return the goods and proof of posting is obtained. * The goods are received by us in the same condition as they were sent (including adequate packaging). Where appropriate goods must be returned unopened and/or not worn or used. They must also be returned complete with original packaging and/or labels and tags attached. * Refunds will be paid by the same method as they were received unless otherwise agreed. * We will not refund the original P&P cost charged to the buyer or pay for the P&P on returned items unless the buyer received the wrong item or the item is found to be faulty, defective or wholly not as described. Under these conditions we will offer a complete refund including all P&P. PLEASE NOTE. We cannot offer refunds for items being returned if they are damaged or lost in the post. Please ensure an adequate service and packaging are used. To minimize the inconvenience for everyone please take time to ask further questions, request photos or clarify anything before hand.
