Payments

Payment is accepted by the following methods

Paypal

Cheque made out to Bitzotech Ltd

Postal order crossed and made out to Bitzotech Ltd

£ sterling, sent by Recorded/Special Delivery only.

Shipping

Items paid for before 9am will ship same day, all other items are normally shipped next day (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

Items are shipped by either City link or Royal Mail, depending on destination and size of item. Items are insured and tracked and will require a signature on delivery.

We are mail order only, pick up from shipping premises is not permissible.

Returns Policy

Bitzotech does not accept responsibility for compatibility of product.

Items reported faulty within 48 hrs of receipt can be returned at our expense for verification. Postage costs for any items reported faulty and to be returned after this period and up to a maximum of 30 days from receipt must be paid for by the customer.

Faulty products are to be returned via an insured courier, Bitzotech does not accept any responsibility for loss of uninsured returns.

The goods must have a corresponding RMA number displayed clearly on the outside of the packaging, DO NOT write it on the box/packaging the product came in.

An RMA number must be obtained before any item is sent back to us. To return a product, please email Bitzsupport@hotmail.com

We do not operate an advance replacement procedure.

Bitzotech Ltd accepts no responsibility for any consequential loss caused to the buyer by faulty goods.

Bitzotech Ltd will not accept returns if, the goods are damaged by the buyer or the goods are outside the warranty limit of 30 days from date of delivery.

Once an item has been received, tested and confirmed faulty, a refund will be made of the original purchase amount plus any postage due as per conditions above.

If an item is found not to be faulty, a refund will be made of the original purchase price only less 20% to cover fees and our testing expenses. No postage will be refunded. If you wish the item returned to you a postage fee will apply.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
