B&C 18" Turbosound L1815 Woofer Speaker recone service

These came out SO GOOD we had to put this service online!! Here is a RECONE SERVICE for a B&C/Turbosound L-1815 subwoofer speaker. This is ONLY THE RECONE SERVICE. You have to SEND YOUR WOOFER IN to us. YOU are paying the shipping BOTH ways. This particular recone service includes a kit for a "700 watt" B&C woofer. We used a longer voice coil and we increased the distance BETWEEN the spiders (for better horizontal stability). Bottom line...the customer that originally brought these in is VERY HAPPY (we did 8 of them to begin with)!! I have been getting calls from around the country about these RIDICULOUS labor charges at various recone shops. All I can say is WOW! Here is another option. We've been reconing for 20+ years and we are JBL schooled (drove out to their Northridge "campus" and did it). Bottom line: OUR RECONES ARE AS GOOD AS ANYONES!! I suppose you have to call this kit "aftermarket" because the parts are not "factory issue". Our glue kit is a US sourced, rubberized CYA with a hardener that effectively allows us to build and test your woofer with perfect reliability within as little as 2 HOURS after we're finished assembling it. Power handling on these kits is the same as factory specified, 700W/RMS, 1400W/Program or 2800W/Peak. The spiders are from an EVX 18 and a Cerwin Vega Stroker with tall pleats, great damping and extended compliance.
