1) GENERAL TERMS:

• CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION: I believe that communication is the number one thing for internet business, and I try to be very prompt and thorough in my emailing. I would appreciate the same, particularly for large-dollar orders. If you have any questions or comments, please email me by using the ask seller a question link below my ebay id in the upper right hand part of the auction page. I check my emails very often and will respond quickly.

• SHIPPING TO BRAZIL: PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU’RE FROM BRAZIL!! I don’t ship to Brazil under any circumstances. I apologize for this, but almost every single piece of mail I’ve sent there has disappeared.

2) PAYMENT: I expect payment within 7 days of the auction’s close unless you contact me in advance to request an exception. I accept the following payment methods:

• PAYPAL (IMPORTANT FOR ALL NON-U.S. BIDDERS: I REQUIRE A CONFIRMED UNITED STATES ADDRESS FOR ALL PAYPAL PAYMENTS OF 400.00 OR HIGHER)

3) SHIPPING: I always ship promptly upon receipt of payment. I will only use USPS (in extreme cases, I may make exceptions), but can use any of their available services (insurance, priority mail, priority mail international, express mail, express mail international, global express guaranteed, registered mail, etc...). I will be shipping the figures in their original padded bags (except where noted in the specific auction description) and then inside a cardboard box of the appropriate size. If necessary, I will use bubble wrap or some other kind of padding to brace the miniatures so they will be completely safe in transit. I will ship worldwide (EXCEPT TO BRAZIL–-see above) and will combine shipping for multiple orders (including orders containing multiple different items).

My shipping rates for all TINY-SIZED, SMALL-SIZED, MEDIUM-SIZED, or LARGE-SIZED Dungeons & Dragons, Axis & Allies, Dreamblade, and Star Wars miniatures listings are as follows (HUGE-SIZED miniatures have different rates–see below. A huge-sized miniature will have the word "HUGE" in its auction title):

• FOR THE UNITED STATES: 2.00 for the first tiny-sized, small-sized, medium-sized, or large-sized miniature + .25 for each additional tiny-sized, small-sized medium-sized, or large-sized miniature.
• FOR CANADA: 3.50 for the first tiny-sized, small-sized, medium-sized, or large-sized miniature + .25 for each additional tiny-sized, small-sized, medium-sized, or large-sized miniature.
• FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES WORLDWIDE: 6.00 for the first tiny-sized, small-sized, medium-sized, or large-sized miniature + .50 for each additional tiny-sized, small-sized, medium-sized, or large-sized miniature (axis & allies miniatures are only .25 extra per mini).

My shipping rates for all HUGE-SIZED miniatures is as follows (a huge-sized miniature will have the word "HUGE" in its auction title):

• FOR UNITED STATES: 3.00 for the first huge-sized miniature + 1.00 for each additional huge-sized miniature.
• FOR CANADA: 5.00 for the first huge-sized miniature + 2.00 for each additional huge-sized miniature.
• FOR ALL OTHER NON-U.S. COUNTRIES: 8.00 for the first huge-sized miniature + 3.00 for each additional huge-sized miniature.

If you’re combining huge-sized miniature auctions with tiny, small, medium or large-sized auctions, please use the huge-sized rate as the base rate and then add the appropriate amount for each additional miniature.

COMBINED SHIPPING RATES: PLEASE CONTACT ME TO RECEIVE THE CORRECT COMBINED S/H RATE! These combined rates apply if you buy more than one different item but Ebay’s check-out system automatically adds all the rates together in a multiple-order transaction. In order to receive the correct s/h rate when purchasing multiple different items, you’ll need to either contact me and request a combined invoice or make the correct deduction yourself (in the extra fee/deduction tab).

EXCEPTIONS TO SHIPPING RATES: Some large-dollar orders may require special shipping services, such as insurance or tracking, and therefore may be more expensive than the listed rates from above. If you’re planning on winning a large order, please contact me in advance to discuss shipping options.
