The Caravan is in good overall condition as you can see from the photos, new curtains were added and all cushions re-upholstered about 4 years ago. Everything is in good working order. Even though it is a 4 berth we are a family of 6 and have used this caravan for years. The eldest 2 kids slept in a larger awning we once had and the younger 2 slept inside with us.
The main seating area has a small table or you can add the larger table for meal times (we have had 6 seated quite comfortably - Baby on high chair at end!). This seating area converts into a large double bed, big enough for us (6'4" and 5'9"!). The smaller seating area can be a single bed or converts to bunk beds with a bed guard built in on top bunk.
At the other end of the caravan is the kitchen which includes Fridge (with freezer compartment)/Sink/Draining Board/Gas Oven and 2 ring gas hob all in working order and good condition. There is an electric water heater which provides hot water in the kitchen and bathroom. In the bathroom is a pull down sink and a shower which we have used at sites with no shower block, bit slow but does the job!
Opposite the smaller seating area in the middle of the caravan is a wardrobe and pull out sliding shelves above a gas heater (working order). The heater heats the whole caravan very well in a few minutes (lovely on cold nights!!)
There are plenty of overhead and floor level storage areas as well as under the seating areas, lots of room for 6 peoples stuff!!!
The whole caravan is completely water tight and has no damp, all windows are double glazed (good for winter caravanning!!). A couple of problem areas are the 3 front windows, our nephew pulled out the bungs from the insides so the top of the front window gets condensation in certain weather. The 2 side ones have a few flies in them where the bungs have been removed and they have managed to get in and perish!!! These problems do not affect the operation of the windows!!!
The caravan comes with the electric hook up cables, 2 waste canisters and a water canister (the rolling kind with a handle!)
Also included is a small porch awning which is watertight and in good condition.
The outside of the caravan is looking a bit worn and tatty but considering its age we dont think it looks too bad!!!

We would require a deposit by PayPal and then cash on collection, this item is PICKUP ONLY!!!!! (We no longer have a tow hitch!!!)
Although pickup only, we may possibly be able to arrange delivery by a relative for a fee, distance dependent!!!! This will only be possible if full payment is made first!!
