Seller's return policy:
Item must be returned within: 14 Days of receipt BUT YOU SHOULD NOTIFY ME OF INTENTION TO RETURN WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE GOODS
FAULTY/LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
lost/damaged in transit items are covered by postage charges (UK) and seller will make the claim to Royal Mail who will ask the buyer for confirmation of non-receipt or damage. Return postage will be refunded to buyer. Damaged goods and packaging must be returned to buyer. Faulty items will be checked fully by buyer upon return and then refunded/exchanged.
RETURNS FOR ANY OTHER REASON
- full item price will only be refunded/exchanged if goods are: unopened/still sealed/boxed and in original sold condition ie unmarked/unused/undamaged. Goods will be fully inspected prior to any refund.
- I WILL NOT ACCEPT UNSEALED ITEMS FOR RETURN IF THEY WERE SOLD AS SEALED.
- I WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF UNSEALED COSMETICS & BEAUTY PRODUCTS FOR HYGIENE REASONS
- buyer will pay all return postage recorded delivery only.
- ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BY RECORDED DELIVERY |
