Some of of my items may have cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, minor blemishes, cracks or discoloration due to age of the item, most items up for auction are 25+ years old, but do not in any way affect the performance of the item.

All items are described to the best of my ability-although I am not an expert.

I do not return or refund for "odors". Most of the items are from Estates and I do not attempt to rid of any odors. Odors, if any, are to be removed by the owner.

Due to the variety of Locations the items come from, a smoke/pet free home can not be guaranteed.

Most of the auctions will have a "fixed" shipping and handling cost, which is NOT negotiable.

All fragile items should be insured if sent thru the USPS.

Buyer to pay Shipping Plus insurance if desired , within USA.

Sorry Folks but as International sellers we must include the following in our auctions per Ebay's new 2009 policy: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts. US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. Payments are due within 3 days of auction end.
