Avo Avo Meter 9sx test meter, Nato case, leads & probes

This is a quite a rare model 9sx Avo meter complete in black Nato case with test leads and probes. The meter itself is housed in a metal body with what I would say is a brown coloured bakelite face which is in excellent condition (all white figures, symbols etc are extreemly clear and there is no scratches scuffs or marks on its bakelite front), the metal body has slight signs of rubbing against its black outer case. The black Nato outer case is also in excellent unmarked condition. Both test leads and probes are a little grubby due to use. Because I am no expert I dare not try it on its A.C side but it has been tested on OHMS range and D.C range using batteries and appears to work fine on both ranges. Written on its dial is SER No 6578 -151063 and on its brown bakelite front 6625-99-949-1853.

Cosmetically the meter is in virtually unmarked condition and shows no signs of wear apart from its rubbing marks on the metal body and the black Nato case looks to be brand new.
